🌟 Reflecting on HV's Talent Leader Summit 2024! 🌟 For the third time, HV hosted its annual Talent Leader Summit which united over 60 People Leaders from across the Portfolio on one beautiful rooftop in Berlin to exchange knowledge and inspire one another. Why do we do this? Simply put, “people & culture” is a universal topic. Championing in this area allows a company to scale efficiently, create a culture that attracts top talent and retains them, and much more. Even though HV is a multi-stage VC that invests across verticals throughout Europe, we’ve seen that bringing together this diverse group of Portfolio Talent Leaders creates a palpable learning environment where attendees leave with actionable knowledge. Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared their insights and experiences, and asked thought-provoking questions.
