The term "mixed-use design" is used to describe a type of urban design where the zoning classification is a blend of a few different uses across commercial, residential, hospitality, and more. A great example of this can be seen in our Huntington Beach project which was roughly 150,000 sq. ft. of total development and included residential and commercial areas, and even parking areas. Since each of those spaces needs to be zoned differently and adhere to different code standards, it becomes a mixed-use building! 1moHow do I get the arm rests replaced and at no charge...the rubber on them has fallen apart. I believe the Humanscale chair that I have is the: WORLD ONE TASK CHAIR. The description says: "World One was built with longevity in mind to look as good in ten years as it does today." Below is a photo of the armrests.
