See how teams across our regions celebrated Pride Month! 🌈 The team in Seattle volunteered with Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County for a #PrideBuild Day, supporting affordable housing for all and promoting LGBTQIA+ homeownership. The Ferry Building in San Francisco held their monthly Head West Makers Marketplace and partnered with Queens of the Castro, Inc. to bring arts & crafts, drag performances and raffles supporting the local LGBTQIA+ community. Sunset Studios sponsored the post-parade “Block Party” at the LA Pride parade in Hollywood. Bentall Centre is home to an interactive rainbow art installation, “Step with Me” where the public is welcome to make their own melodies - the decorated steps play musical tones out of four “speakers” when the “keys” are stepped on.

May is Mental Health Month and our programming & events team at Bentall Centre in Downtown Vancouver is helping tenants and the broader community prioritize their physical and mental well-being. Back by popular demand, the Wellness Studio is a month-long pop-up that offers yoga, strength classes, breathwork, guided meditations, sound baths and mental health talks to tenants and community members. We are also matching donations from classes, which go to Foundry, a local nonprofit supporting young people with mental health services.
