Recently we started a full stack AI Product for one of our clients, and here is how it made the difference : 1. We were able to gain deeper insights. I regularly speak to new contacts at different businesses, and interestingly, I find I often have similar conversations. A common example is, a lot of stakeholders will often start by saying, "we have everything covered , we don’t need any support right now". Which is always totally fine. However, it's also usually not the case. We'll often start with a consultative, discovery chat, to understand the current state and help to identify potential challenges and areas for improvement. It's usually the case that once we start to talk through the current state, key, tangible challenges then become clear. Part of this process involves mapping out potential solutions, as well as helping to prioritise actions and future road map. A lot of our clients often find this a useful and beneficial process. We very much appreciate the need to build quality relationships and to prove ourselves as a trusted partner.
