Reflecting on My First Month at Deloitte As I approach one month since I joined Deloitte, I am amazed by how informative and fun the experience has been so far. Over just a month, I've encountered extraordinary learning experiences and gained knowledge that I will be using for the remainder of my career. Here are some of my key takeaways from Deloitte so far: 1. Fostering Connections: Deloitte has provided me with ample opportunity to meet my colleagues from across the country. I have been blessed to build meaningful relationships and learn from experienced professionals about day to day life through our in person onboarding and new-hire meetups. 2. Company Culture: I am continually impressed with how Deloitte has worked to foster employee wellbeing. Not only that, but the open arms with which higher level staff have greeted myself and the other new hires has been commendable. 3. Continuous Learning: There has been a steep learning curve, but I will be using the skills I am growing for the rest of my career. Every day presents an opportunity to learn and grow, from trainings to helpful colleagues. As I look forward to the many months ahead, I am excited to continue my journey with Deloitte, deepening my knowledge, expanding my skill set, and contributing to our shared mission. I am eager to see what challenges and opportunities lie ahead, and how I will continue to grow both professionally and personally. #DeloitteLife #CareerJourney

HR | People and Culture Manager | Excited about L&D and Wellbeing initiatives | APAC and Oceania region experience
Finding a job abroad can be really challenging. You need a solid job search strategy, correct CV/ Resume format, adopted for the local requirements, and, of course, an understanding of appropriate search channels. Overall, candidate needs to recognize the peculiarities of the local jobs/ career market and correctly evaluate his/her experience. We worked with Anton on his resume format and some wording. I would like to empathize that getting an offer from a leading world company (as Deloitte), is for sure a team process, involving both active deeds from an applicant and expert support from a number of specialists, as Anton mentioned in his post. I heartily congratulate Anton with his new position and wish him all the best in his career here! And from my side, if you have any questions about adjusting your CV or LinkedIn page, or you are thinking where to move further in your career (coaching), please, feel free to write to me in direct. P.s. Currently I'm more focused on the New Zealand market; my past background – Moscow, Russia.
I'm excited to start my new job at Deloitte as a Senior Manager. Making a career shift can be complicated, especially when it is connected with relocation. I am so thankful to Deloitte team members in New Zealand who helped me to find relevant roles and for not being indifferent. Reenesh B., Liza Van der Merwe, John Tan, Chris Rodgers. Thanks to the HR team during the onboarding process. Cora Meredith and Jevon Beukes. I am really glad to become a member of the Deloitte team together with Cassandra Worrall, Kelli Wiltshire, Shellee Wilson, Guy Ryan. I express my special appreciation to all the professionals whose support helped me manage my efforts. Many thanks to Igor Stychinsky, Rouben Azizian and Ƶhdan Shakirov. I am particularly grateful to all the experts with whom I became familiar here and who provided me with recommendations, advice and support. Alexander Yaroshevich, Joshua Tan, Misha (Mikhail) Petrov, Marina Costa Álvarez, Dmitry Tkachev, Leonid Blednykh, Igor Portugal, Alexander Kouzminov, Anastasia Timoshkina, Alexandra Ershova, Mikhail Chikurov, Jon Zaidi, Andy Hillier, Dr. Allanah Johnston, Gabrielle Riley, Andrei Khudavets, Dr Anatole Bogatski, Gunnar Habitz, Vitalii Druzhinin, Gordon Holmes, Bridget Romanes, Maxim Isaev, Kia Zia and many others. So many people were kind to me and helped me to have a deeper understanding of the local job market. And, of course, many thanks to my wife, Elena Kunitskaya, for her unwavering support. Her presence by my side fills my life with strength and joy.

🌟 Thrilled to have volunteered for Deloitte on their Impact Day! 🌐 As part of the YFS team at the Coed Government School of Dwarka Sector-6(Delhi), I had the pleasure of connecting with the incredible Deloitte team and inspiring individuals. 🚀 Engaging with numerous school students, their creativity left me in awe! 🎨 Here are some valuable takeaways from my experience: 1️⃣ Corporate volunteering is a must for personal and professional growth. 2️⃣ Hard work is the key to success, and it pays off! 3️⃣ Respect is a two-way street: Give it and take it. 4️⃣ Choosing suitable attire is crucial; reminder to oneself: refrain from wearing high heels during extended workdays! 5️⃣ Embrace every opportunity that comes your way. 6️⃣ Don't shy away from asking questions—there's always something new to learn! 🌈 Grateful for the enriching experience and the chance to contribute to a positive impact. Let's continue learning, growing, and making a difference together! 👫🌍 #volunteering #learningandgrowing #makeadifference #linkedinforcreators

100th working day with deloitte. Somewhere we all start our career and I am beyond excited to have started my career with Deloitte. Some of the things which I have learnt so far and still learning after stepping into this world from a student life. 1. Make network : To bring out the extrovert in an individual what I believe is Making more of interaction, participation and of course communication which remains the key. 2. Work-Life Harmony : From completing of assignments to completion of daily task, work life remains tricky for every professionals. Deloitte has always prioritised one's mental health from wellbeing. It remains fit for me. 3. Upgrading yourself day by day : Equipping yourself with all the skills has always been beneficial. Everyday learnings from my team and from my colleagues, I prefer more of learning and growth with them. 4. Sticking to deadlines : Deadlines can be flexible. Making a habit of completing the task before deadlines. Which eventually helps the compliance of late filing. #deloitte #deloittetax #makinganimpact

October 31st will be my last day with Deloitte Consulting Germany. Suddenly I find myself bereft of words, though I thought about writing so much! The journey that started more than 9 years back reached a point where I need to change my route and destination. So much learned from my Leads, Peers, and the Team - from PPDs to Analysts. Last 9+ years are the most fruitful in my life, I would say. Want to make one thing very clear - I am not leaving because I am unhappy. I am leaving for deeply personal reasons as well as some professional goals which I cannot achieve staying in a traditional Consulting or Product Company. 😊 I read somewhere "Positions are temporary. Ranks and Titles are limited. BUT, the way you treat people will always be remembered". I did my best to follow that and I will continue to try this to the best my ability. 🙏 If I tag everyone the list will be too long so would like to thank a few people who made tremendous difference my life - both personally and professionally - while I was in Deloitte. Stephan Bode Tracy Nielsen Daniel Bunting Dogan Akpinar CJ Cox Vineet Hegde Vamshi Polam Unmesh Wankhede Fabio Patino Afsar Ashraf Jörg Blom Kim Peterson Mahendra Jani Suniti Narasimhan Shreya Mehta Kai Heinen NOTE:- What I am doing next, which has been discussed thoroughly with my well-wishers, will be shared in a separate LinkedIN Post.

Few days back, I got an opportunity to join the family day at Deloitte office in gurgaon. It was such an amazing experience for me to explore new corporate culture, meeting new people. It was like a PTM- as we used to had in our school days. 😊 The same thing happened there also. All the managers, managing directors, Team leaders, Deloitte forks, and their parents, last but not the least CEO Chris Patton were there. Discussed on their thoughts - 📌 How they have came across during the covid '19 lockdown. 📌 How they are managing with their hybrid working culture. 📌 How they are balancing with their personal and professional life. 📌 small gestures in terms of rewards, happy meals to keep their forks motivated during busy session. 📌 well being subsidy to keep them energetic and fit 📌 Team connects. 📌 Last but not the least - It's the VERVE it's the cherry on the cake 🍰 I saw every Deloittee was so happy, self motivated even after working for so long hours. I have my sister working with Deloitte as a CA since last 4 years. This year is got promoted as a manager. she is managing her team and work so well, works for almost more than 12 hours a day but still feels so much motivated. she never said she's exhausted or under stress and not even complaining to anyone. Their is a difference between getting a job and a perfect job. so just don't think about getting a job where you are not even valued properly. just go for a perfect job , where you can work for long hours without even complaining. So, I think if you are happy with your working culture, and with your work, team ,you can still work for long hours especially during busy session, And I also feels as being a professional you haven't worked with Deloitte, toh kuch ni kiya life me☺️
