June 30th, 2024 marks my 10-year journey at Microsoft. As I look back on the past decade, one word comes to mind: gratitude. While I'm grateful for witnessing the company's incredible transformation, achieving market leadership in cloud, and the raise in market cap :), it's the people in the journey that I am most thankful for. Here are 10 things I'm grateful for: - The MACH MBA hiring program (now called Aspire) and the incredible network it brought. - The diverse set of opportunities at the company from the South East District (South OU) to RCG, and now the CSA org. - Leaders who coached, mentored, and sponsored me at various stages of my career. I will never forget the immense support and mentorship I received during my first three years at Microsoft as I was learning the ropes. - Being part of high-growth solution areas like Azure & Data + AI, across multiple geos. - Working with amazing and challenging customers. - The teams I've been part of, who taught me new ways of doing things. - Amazing friends made along the way. - The learnings and humility that came with failed attempts. - The flexibility Microsoft provided, allowing me to pursue passions outside of work. - My family, who supported me through crazy travels, late-night calls, and weekend escalations. #10Years #thankyou

2wCongratulations on your 10 years! We often credit our mentors, colleagues and bosses but you mentioned something that resonated with me - the customers. I've had the opportunity to work with challenging customers and I've learnt to embrace conflict and lean into friction - it happens to be the source of great ideas and resilient partnerships!
