🌟 The Real Boss in Business: The Customer 🌟 Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart, shared a timeless truth: “There is only one boss: the customer. And he can fire everybody in the company, from the chairman on down, simply by spending his money somewhere else.” What does this mean for us in business? 👑 Customer is King: Every customer has the power to choose where they spend their money - like choosing which movie to watch. 👂 Listen and Adapt: It's crucial to understand what customers want and need, just like a chef tweaking a recipe to make it just right for their diners. 🏆 Long-term Success: Keeping customers happy isn’t just about making a sale today; it's about inviting them back again and again. Remember, in the world of business, the customer holds the ultimate power - their choice. Let's make sure we're always listening and adapting to keep them choosing us! #motivationalquotes #inspirationalquotes #entrepreneurmindset

Founder & CEO of SMB Sales & Marketing, a natural & specialty foods brokerage. Experienced sales representation to take your brand to the next level!
Patience!!!! In our go go go society today, it’s tough to have patience. I know when SMB Sales & Marketing is waiting for a big decision or waiting to see product on the shelves, I have shown a lack of patience. Business partners that don’t run at the same speed as I do can try patience. I can be very impatient! I had an example on patience today as I headed to the store to get coffee creamer. My 5 mile trek was spent behind a car that was going up and down in speed and all over the road. The average speed was more than 10 miles under the 40 or 45 speed limit! This was the kind of scenario that could have resulted in a middle finger as I was finally able to pass. But, it’s Saturday and I’m typically mature enough to check the scenario before doing something rash. Upon passing, I could tell it was a teenage boy with his dad learning how to drive. I’m more than content to do my ride at a slow pace without being a jerk! Extra impatience wasn’t going to get me anywhere. The lesson? Show restraint when you can. Wait on sending that email or making that phone call! Show restraint. Play the long game! Anyway, Cheribundi and Oleico are on sale right now at Publix Super Markets! Go get some! #brokerlife #sales #retail #cpg #slowdown

I used tech solutions this weekend to help me save time I want to use spending doing things more valuable 1. I used my washer to schedule a load right as we were having breakfast so I could put it right in the dryer afterwards. 2. Completed a pickup order at BJ's Wholesale Club scheduled for pick up around right after I throw the clothes in the dryer 3. Completed a pickup order at Walmart for things I’ll need tomorrow evening to finish a small project around the house. How’d I save time? I usually stain treat my sons clothes. It needs to sit. I was able to stain treat the clothes and let it sit over night with a wash first thing. I didn’t forget it was in there and need to wash it again. *very guilty of this* I threw said clothes in the dryer. Left to get my grocery order. Also fueled up for the week so I don’t have to think about it. Back before 9:45AM. This left plenty of time to prep and hang with my family before nap time. A win is a win no matter how small. Don’t have to get ready when you stay ready #personaldevelopment #growth #workingmom #preparation #womeninlogistics #womeninbusiness #womeninsupplychain

Know when to change your location.
A bag of chip costs 50 cents at a grocery store, $2 at a coffeehouse, 3 bucks at a cinema & 5 bucks on an airplane ✈️ 😳 Its value changes only b/c of its location. 💥The next time you feel undervalued or worthless, look at the setting or your location. You might just be in the wrong place💥 Are you in a setting where you're valued, thriving & can reach your full potential? If not, I can help 👋 Let's connect. #growthgoat

Fractional CMO, ex Pizza Hut, Amazon, Weight Watchers, NBC <> <>The focused and fast face-lift you didn't know your brand or business strategy needed
I think my 6-year old twins are ready to work in QSR. Our convo on the way to school today: Liv & Ellie: Why didn't you pick up Starbucks like always? ☕ Me: Eh, it's gotten so expensive, I'm thinking I don't need to pick it up every day. (NOTE: We all have a willingness to pay ceiling, I finally hit mine when my drink exceeded $7(!) 💸 Image of the culprit below) Liv & Ellie: The coffee guy will be sad not to see you, doesn't he want sales? Maybe they should lower their prices so people come in more. The traffic vs check conundrum in a nutshell: A $5 drink x 5 days a week or A $7 drink x 2 days a week. $25 in weekly customer revenue vs $14. Traffic and frequency take a hit with price taking. Optimal pricing maintains traffic and frequency - and maximize sales (and customer satisfaction). 💡 There is only so much price you can take. All consumers all have a threshold they won't cross, call mine 7 🙃

Director of Sales Strategy & Enablement | Passionate about teaching good selling behaviors & creating sales professionals
Happy Fetty Friday! My favorite sales movie 🎥 of all time: Tommy Boy. I know it isn’t commonly known as a sales movie, but here are the facts: 💰Tommy had to save the family business BY SELLING. 💥 Tommy tried to use tactics his dad used, but they didn’t work for him. (The “driving along, driving along” and “t-bone” flubs are all-time sales fails). 🏆 Tommy ends up finding his voice, but only after failing and learning what worked best for him. “I was just having fun… If we didn’t get the wings, so what? We still got that meat lovers pizza in the trunk.” 🍕 Want to get a laugh and also learn a little about sales? Give this one a watch/rewatch 🍿. Feel free to comment with your favorite quotes after too. Go get ‘em today! #Salesadvice #salesmovies #salesfails #fettyfriday
