EY Ukraine has ranked Intellias among the three best employers in Ukraine based on interviews with more than 2300 experienced and early career professionals. Intellias has received some of the highest ratings from professionals in the annual EY survey four years in a row. But this year, the company surpassed previous results by reaching a top position in two ratings at once — the IT industry rating and the rating of all Ukrainian employers. EY survey respondents evaluated employers’ career opportunities, gave scores for corporate culture, and assessed companies’ activities during the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. #intellias_ukraine #EY #EYUkraine

Project Lead @ Skill Shift Initiative | 620+ job matches | Expert in cross-sector collaboration, strategic partnerships and bridging gaps for newcomers. #partnership #Inclusion
🌟 Celebrating a Partnership with PwC Sweden 🌟 In our efforts to help talents find their first job in a new country, teaming up with PwC has been remarkable. We've co-created a yearly plan to cooperate in different ways, from matching talents with jobs, and encouraging other companies in the financial industry to do the same. We've also invited clients and partners to join our work. Right from the start, it's been a partnership where both teams were involved with passion and drive. 📄 Success in Hiring: Our joint effort led to a recruitment event where 12 people were employed in PwC Sweden and Grant Thornton Sweden. By now, many of them got permanent contracts and keep working in both companies. It shows that professionals are wanted by top companies, and selecting the relevant candidates is key for a good start. 🕸 Volunteer Day: We joined forces with Nordea and PwC Sweden for a volunteer day, activating private and professional networks of over 70 employees who helped spread the word about recruitment opportunities with Ukrainian Professional Support Center Sweden. 📢 Communication effort: PwC Sweden helped us get noticed through webinars, internal communication, and even at a political forum in Almedalen. 🤝 Career Advice: We organized event connecting talents with many companies, including PwC's clients in Stockholm. And Malmö office kindly hosted a session where colleagues shared advice on careers and making a professional network in Sweden. 🙏 A big thanks to the PwC team for trusting us and making this partnership possible. Using this priceless experiences we started building pilots for other sectors that led to more chain reaction impact. Here's to more success and helping talents succeed! The World's Largest Shadow Employer - Accenture | Logically Answered Accenture, a consulting firm, is the fourth largest employer in the world with 733,000 employees, serving over 75% of the Fortune Global 100 and 500. Its workforce is almost exclusively white-collar and works with Fortune 500 companies on their tech, strategy, and operations. Consultants at Accenture make a minimum of $90,000 and as much as $457,000. Accenture itself is worth nearly $200 billion and is the 62nd largest company in the world. Accenture has a rather shady legal registration and is registered in Ireland to avoid taxes. Accenture started as a division of Arthur Andersen that provided technical consulting services in the 1950s and 60s. In 1989, Arthur Andersen spun off its consulting wing as a new company called Andersen Consulting, but both companies were still managed by the same parent company: Andersen Worldwide Societe Cooperative. Andersen Consulting felt that Arthur Andersen was holding them back and had to hand over 15% of their profits to Arthur Andersen every year. In 2001, a judge ruled that Andersen Consulting could break off from Arthur Andersen, and the company was renamed Accenture. #AccentureInsights #FutureOfWork #CorporateCulture #TechGiant #EmploymentTrends #GlobalWorkforce #ShadowEmployer #CorporateLeadership #IndustryInsights #WorkplaceDynamics https://lnkd.in/ggDab7jd

I rarely post here, but today I felt THAT need. I still don’t know why, but I’ll let the words in my mind flow through the keyboard. Last week, I started at Accenture Argentina. After six months of job hunting, I was feeling somewhat hopeless. Endless emails, interviews, and manual CV submissions on various websites—long interviews, short interviews, and countless rejections. And yes, after six months, I began to wonder: “Are we being replaced?” “Am I not enough?” “Is AI taking over the jobs we used to do?” Then it happened—I felt a strong desire to join Accenture. Even though I’d been rejected when I initially visited their homepage, I persisted. Finally, I found a position that aligned perfectly with my skills. And suddenly that first email arrived, that first email ignited hope—a promise of change. The interviews went well. Suddenly, they felt human again. Accenture’s Human Resources Group made me feel valued. They kept me informed throughout the interview process. When I spoke with my People Lead, I sensed the connection I’d been seeking. And so, I share this post. Yes, money matters when accepting a job, but I’ve learned that human connection is equally vital. If you don’t connect with the people you’ll spend hours working alongside, even a good salary won’t be enough. Perhaps it’s because I just started last week, but I can’t adequately describe the positive vibes I’ve felt in their offices. The energy and genuine care from everyone felt real. And yesterday when I left the building and turned back and my eyes saw this image, it was not anymore a doubt why I wanted to be part of this company, it was more an AFFIRMATION that I am in the right place. Remember: Money isn’t everything; energy matters 🌟 #Accenture #NJX #NewHire #AccentureArgentina

National Account Sales, Director • Delivering transformative talent strategies to drive better business results
Just some thoughts on a Tuesday ❤️ It's hard to believe that only two weeks have passed since I joined the Adecco family, but what an incredible journey it's been already! I wanted to take a moment to reflect on my onboarding experience and share what has stood out to me the most: 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞! From day one, I've been blown away by the energy, excitement, and intellectual prowess of my new colleagues. The onboarding process has far exceeded my expectations, providing me with a warm welcome and a comprehensive introduction to the organization. During my introductory calls with colleagues and leaders, I found myself jotting down sentiments that were authentically expressed: - "Working at Adecco has been a life-changing experience" - "This is the best organization I have ever been a part of" - "We have the most wonderful people" - "If you need anything, please feel free to reach out; we're so happy you're here" These words aren't just empty platitudes – they're a testament to the genuine enthusiasm and camaraderie that permeates every level of the company. What's become abundantly clear is that Adecco has made putting their people first a true priority, not an afterthought. This commitment shines through in every conversation and interaction I've had. Thoughtfulness and kindness are woven into the fabric of Adecco's culture, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. I'm so thankful I get this opportunity and have had a song on repeat since I started: Count my Blessings by Steph Schlueter- one of my favorites! While changing companies can often be a daunting and stressful experience, I can confidently say that joining Adecco will go down as one of the best decisions I've made in my career. Cheers to the exciting journey ahead! I am SO filled with optimism and enthusiasm and cannot wait to contribute to this exceptional team and be a part of Adecco's continued success. #AdeccoLife #NewBeginnings #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeExperience
