The smartest decision recruitment agencies can make in 2024: Invest in automation. Your recruiters are tired of manual tasks. Me too. I started using recruitment automation. We automate: - Assigning tasks to team members - Sending automated emails - Mass-updating fields This means you can focus on high-touch activities. Building relationships, understanding candidates, making placements. Automated workflows help me to: - save me hours - reduce human error - improve candidate experience If you are not using automation already. I’d look into it today. P.S. I use Bullhorn Automation. If you have questions, DM me. Happy to chat and share my real experiences. (They haven’t paid me to promo them!) #recruitment #automation #staffingautomation

How to know if something in your recruitment workflow can be automated. Use the automation rule: IF this → THEN, that All automation follows this logic. If one action happens, then another follows. - When a note is added, email the candidate. - When a client doesn’t have recent placements, notify the recruiter. - When a placement field is updated, copy that info to the candidate profile. Test your workflow against this rule. If it doesn’t fit, it can’t be automated. Or your process needs to change first. This is the way to check. ↓ ♻️ Repost if you found this helpful ♻️ P.S. If you build recruitment automation, stop. You must have these 5 things: 1. One problem to solve 2. Defined processes 3. Targeted audience 4. Success metrics 5. Recruiter buy-in The common thread? Specificity. Specific automation = better automation. Recruitment automation is meant to be strategic, not random. If you don’t have these in place. You shouldn’t start building. Anything you'd add? → Follow for more. #recruitment #automation #processimprovement
