Matchmaker | Dating & Relationship Coach |🎙Speaker | I help you Meet & Date Your Ideal Match💍& get the love you deserve!
Let's 😅😅 1st, then talk about what help means to you. My definition of getting help is to gather information from someone that has a proven system, lived experience, knowledge & wisdom about the goal I want to accomplish. I certainly don't know everything & nor do you. A different perspective is a blessing. A heart surgeon can't perform heart surgery on themselves. Afraid to ask for help? Let today be a fresh start to relinquish fear, pride & ego. #lettinggo #fearofrejection #datingtips #datingcoach #help #matchmaker #Matchmaking

If you produced a video to attract new hires, would you be truthful about the job? The good and bad? How about your company? Is your company just as lovable, warts and all? In this video, my favorite soundbite in the video is when one of the reps says, "Be ready to have one of the toughest jobs of your life, but it's the most rewarding". My favorite soundbite that didn't make the video is this: "I'm up at 4:30am. We're going all day until the last surgery, the last case of the day just to get home around 8:30pm. You know, it's challenging, it is grueling, but it is rewarding." If given the choice, would you choose the soundbite that tells the brutal truth about the job? Or the soundbite that you think the job candidate wants to hear?

LinkedIn 'Top Voice' & influencer Customer Experience & Marketing | Financial Times Award Leading Consultancy 4 Straight Years | Host of 'The Intuitive Customer' in Top 2% | Best-selling Author x 7 | Conference Speaker
There I was, at Disneyland with my wife. At the time, she was using a mobility scooter prior to surgery and we skipped queues because of it. This got me thinking about #customerrelationships and the concept of waiting. Here’s what I discovered: waiting isn't always a drag. In certain scenarios, it can create anticipation and become part of the overall experience. This principle can be applied in business - when we consider the overall customer journey, even seemingly 'negative' elements can become benefits, changing the equation of the #customerexperience. Want to hear more about this experience and the valuable #businesscoaching insights it brought me? Join in the discussion below. https://lnkd.in/eU9_SH9e

Life can sometimes throw 'Capital T This's' our way. What's that mean? Let me explain. A 'Capital T This' is an unexpected setback in life: A bad quarter at work or a knee surgery that hits you in the prime of your career. Unlike a lowercase 'this' that you can work through quickly or an all caps 'THIS' that takes your life in a new direction... Capital T 'This's' knock you off track for awhile. These setbacks can disrupt our routine and forward progress for weeks or even months. But we have to remember, 'Capital T This's' are simply temporary detours. You can get back on track, they're not roadblocks to your success. The quicker we embrace them, adapt, and keep moving forward, the more successful we will be. We become more resilient. You will be stronger on the other side of 'This'. #Resilience #Adaptability #LifeChanges
