With such wandered festivity, if interested in creating my own line within the company, how would I go about that process, associating in a partnership?
It's hard to believe this is the last full week of the year. As things, hopefully, slow down, I hope you all have a chance to connect with friends and loved ones and get some time to recharge your batteries for a new year.
But, before we get there we have one more week of Nice Guy and Gal awards. So, please take this chance to nominate a nice person in your life.
This Friday, I’ll share nominations for people who have been identified as nice guys (and gals).
And, I have so many people I want to recognize, I'm going to use the rest of the week to thank the people who've been important to me over the past 12 months (and in some cases, much, much longer).
If you want to nominate someone, just shoot me a private message by 5:00 EDT on Thursday.
There are only 3 requirements:
1) you have to be connected to the person you nominate
2) you can only nominate one person per week
3) you can’t nominate yourself 😀
If you want to provide a brief reason for your selection, that’s great, but it’s not a requirement.
Let’s recognize people who make a difference simply by being nice.
Have a great day, everyone.

Embracing Joyful work: The Mary Poppins Approach
In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun!
You find the fun and snap! The job's a game
And every task you undertake becomes a piece of cake
Let's channel our inner Mary Poppins and prioritize joy and fulfillment in our life. Life is too short to spend our days in jobs that don't ignite our passions. Just as Mary Poppins encourages us to find the fun in every task, seek roles that excite us, challenge us, and bring us joy. If you find yourself in a job that doesn't spark joy, don't be afraid to explore other opportunities. Remember, it's okay to pivot, and to seek new adventures.
When we prioritize our happiness at work, we not only thrive personally but also contribute positively to our teams and organizations. A workforce filled with individuals passionate about what they do is a powerful force for innovation and success.
So, seek out the work that sets our hearts on fire, and to approach each day with the mindset of finding joy in our endeavors. Have a wonderful start into the new week.

When the day has come for our loved ones to bid the world goodbye, how do we accompany them on the #finaldays of their journey? And are we prepared for that?
Special thanks to Madam Chan and her family for allowing us to record these final moments of their life.

It's so important to focus on your life goals, maximise your knowledge and aim for success without letting the people around you limit the the possibilities. Make sure you stand out be going out of your way to be the best you can be. Dedication and application always gets you noticed.

Heyyy hlw buddies ...I hope you all are doing well..as we are noticing between here everyone is posting about work culture , toxic culture etc. and yes this should be discussed .. In my way the corporate world especially in sales has three Culture .
1. Ok ok situation
2. Bad Situation
3. Worst situation
And many of us have problems in this situation but I want to tell you in these situations only two things happen ...YA TO ACCHA HOGA YA TO BAHUT ACCHA HOGA 😊..Try to understand guys everything will be replaced by AI in upcoming days except sales so don't run away from sales ..you have to do not for the company for yourself ..
And second thing which is very important never ever make a deal with your self-respect and self confidence because jobs come and go but one time if your confidence and respect go it will never come back...so give your best in bad ,worst culture but be confident and be realistic never fear from anyone ...be confident on yourself bcz it is the only one thing which helps you to fight with anyone
I can't say this any better than this Phoenix rising from the ashes motherf***er.
If more people took this attitude, there would be far fewer people working in jobs they didn't like or for people who treated them poorly
You don't need to be rude, disrespectful or foolhardy...but
Question everything and everyone. Demand respect. Do it in your own style and if you truly have no options (rare), don't jeopardize your family or your personal well being...but question everything and stand for something.
Lead with a healthy dose of skepticism, research, observe and assess and shit will start opening up for you
