What an absolute privilege to catch up with Nachiket Mor today! He brought me into the ICICI treasury back in 1997 and has been a constant source of inspiration ever since. Nachiket's extraordinary path is marked by monumental achievements that have left an indelible mark on the financial and public health sectors, yet his humility is even more striking - amazingly grounded and approachable. Our conversation was filled with his wisdom, two points especially resonated: 1. Don't be overly focused on immediate outcomes. 2. Pursue what is important to you, and you will inevitably find interesting things along the way. It's more fulfilling than constantly chasing fleeting interests. His passion for public health shone through every moment of our chat. And can I just say, Nachiket hasn't aged a day! It was a true joy to spend time with him and learn from his incredible journey.
