4wAll of these efficiencies are in the processes not a fundamental change in produce and by no means a revolution. Getting produce from seed to table has not changed. Still need to get it from the farm to the consumer which is the most important, most costly, most cost prohibiting and labor intensive. When you change that then you can start speaking about a revolution in produce.
