Our Mid-Atlantic teams have had a busy year between opening up a new office in Virginia and completing multiple successful projects! To honor their hard work and dedication, we gathered for a fishing tournament and picnic at the Occoneechee State Park to reward their efforts and strengthen culture! We have recently revamped our weekly F.O.C.U.S. meeting. Standing for Faith, Organization, Culture, Unity, and Safety, this meeting has allowed us to hold each other accountable and improve in all five of those areas. This meeting has been a powerful tool to bring our entire team together with a weekly touchpoint.
