While tailored for product managers and developers, the concept discussed can also be incredibly beneficial for e-commerce merchants. The article introduces an insightful framework called A.C.T., which breaks down into: - Audience - Communication - Touchpoints Starting with the A = Audience segment, the key is to better understand your customers by identifying their needs, habits, behaviors, and goals.
