We had the pleasure of hosting His Excellency Chea Vandeth, Cambodia’s Minister of Post and Telecommunications, at our Singapore office recently. It was a highly productive meeting where we discussed collaborative opportunities to enhance the postal delivery ecosystem, promote talent development in the digital economy, and improve data privacy and safety in Cambodia. The visit concluded with an insightful tour of the Grab campus. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications to support Cambodia's digital transformation journey! 🤝 #MPTC #GrabCambodia

Last September, Kacific and Stellarsat Solutions, Inc. successfully connected 438 sites across 6 provinces in North Luzon for DICT, marking the Philippines' largest VSAT installation. Today, we shift the spotlight to what truly matters – how connectivity benefited the barangays. Local leaders have shared their insights: Mr Regalado Senoa Jr., the Barangay Captain of Barangay Petal, Pangasinan, highlights the game-changing effect on students' access to educational resources, unlocking their full potential. "This is a big help, especially for our students, because they accomplish their assignments here. They don't have to climb trees or go to the mountains just to submit their homework because of the satellite internet," Senoa shared. Meanwhile, Ms. Emperatriz Ayuso, the Barangay Captain of Aluyon, Quezon, points out the streamlined transactions and reduced travel burdens, significantly boosting the local economy. From education to economic growth, Kacific remains dedicated to ensuring that every Filipino thrives in the digital era. #Kacific #Kacific1 #HeartofBroadband #telco #DICT #connectivity #satellite #ThePhilippines

In 1945, September 27 was the historical commemoration of the takeover of the postal, telegraph, and telephone (PTT) services from the Japanese government by the PTT Youth Force (AMPTT). In 1961, the Indonesian government established the State Post and Telecommunications Company (PN Postel) to develop Post and Telecommunications. However, along with the development of telephone and telex technology, the Indonesian government separated the postal and telecommunications industry into PN Postel: PN Post and Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, thus becoming Telkom Indonesia today. Nowadays, As a digital telecommunications company, Telkom Indonesia must continue to innovate and collaborate in creating a digital ecosystem to face the OTT disruption by accelerating the development of intelligent digital infrastructure and platforms, developing superior digital talent, and orchestrating the digital ecosystem as what the Minister of Communication and Technology derives. Let's welcome digital collaboration as a form of appreciation for BHAKTI POSTEL, which has been established for 78 years. Happy 78th Anniversary, Bhakti Postel!
