Celebrating Two Years at Brazing Technologies Europe Two years have swiftly passed since I assumed leadership at Brazing Technologies Europe s.r.o. Reflecting on this period, I can confidently say it has been an exhilarating, challenging, and dynamic time in my career. Let me share some highlights: 1. Setting Up Production: We established a state-of-the-art 2500m² production facility equipped with over 60 machines. These include cutting-edge environmental, safety, and health systems. The successful implementation and approval of various engineering and technical projects have been nothing short of remarkable. 2. Quality Certifications: Our hard work paid off as we recently received ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications from TÜV Rheinland. These milestones validate our commitment to excellence. 3. Exceptional Team: Our team deserves immense credit. They’ve dedicated themselves to our common goals, working tirelessly even on weekends and holidays. Their unwavering support leaves me speechless at times. 4. Explosive Growth: Over the past two years, our business has experienced explosive growth. Contributing to more quality, safety, yield & ROI of glass in automotive / mobility at R&D and processing sites of Saint-Gobain Sekurit (Saint-Gobain). This is a continuous challenge also for quality control solutions provider AYROX srl as supplier /partner towards premium flat glass manufactures and processors, providing (normative) test and measurement instruments and especially services like maintenance & calibration. The AYROX srl-team is honoured being consulted on standard and in particular customized QC solutions by several Saint-Gobain Sekurit transversal R&D centers and automotive flat glass processing sites. In order to be able to synchronize with increasing quality standard requests by Saint-Gobain Sekurit and its customers, AYROX srl is since Summer 2021 ISO 17025 accredited for the calibration of polarimeters and as glass stress test laboratory. Get inspired and stay up to date with market developments. This was the reason for some of the key people in our European region to visit a cold forming machinery company. As one of the leading fastener companies in Europe we have to stay at the forefront when it comes to our core manufacturing equipment. This is why we do visits like this where we get important input on new health and safety standards, digitalization and productivity of equipment. Going forward we will visit more leading machinery companies and then draw a line to define our own future machine concept. The future of cold forming at Bulten will be safe, digital, sustainable and of course efficient. This visit was the start of a new exciting journey of advanced technology at Bulten.
