How do you know how to improve your customer’s experience? You go out and do exactly what they do! 🗺️ That’s what our product team recently accomplished. They touched down in Rotterdam, met some of the owners on the Goboony platform and hit the road in campervans - some of them for the first time! The Bluetooth speakers were particularly useful for their much-loved 80’s road trip playlist 🎶 After settling into Blue Woods Campsite the work (and fun) began. The next couple of days included plenty of brainstorming and re-aligning on future projects. After a day of hard collaboration, it was of course mandatory to jump in the sauna and sit around the campfire. After a day trip sampling all the local Bossche bollen (a type of Dutch profiterole 😉), they returned to a flat battery on one of the campervans. Thankfully, the Goboony support team and roadside assistance were there to help - was this the camping spirits just making sure our team experienced all the highs and lows? Perhaps! 👀 Needless to say, they loved the experience and getting to spend time together as a team. There was plenty to reflect on and even further learnings to pinpoint where Goboony can further help travellers and owners get the best campervan-sharing experience possible 🚐 #productteam #remotework
