#WomenInTech
At TeamViewer, empowering our female colleagues to excel in the tech world is a core part of our culture 🙌
This week, some of our talented team members Gloria AhornElaheh AkbaripourAna Isabel Fonseca and Tatiana Kudrina are attending the European Women in Technology Conference in Amsterdam, an event dedicated to fostering growth and inspiration.
Our colleagues are wrapping up the first day of the conference, gaining valuable insights from industry experts on topics such as AI, global teams, low-code development, career development and building diverse teams.
We are proud to support their journey and look forward to seeing the innovative ideas and inspiration they bring back to their teams.

Love 💛 is best expressed through actions rather than words, whether in business, friendships, or personal relationships. It’s about showing up, supporting each other, and creating positive impacts. Reading through these wonderful comments on the post below, I am reminded of the #power of #love and appreciation in all aspects of life.
It inspired me to think we need more Love 💚💛🧡 in the world 🌎 today. And I want to share:
In Business Terms:
1. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, going above and beyond to meet client needs, and showing appreciation for their business demonstrates love and respect for customers.
2. Employee Recognition: Acknowledging and rewarding employees' hard work and achievements fosters a positive work environment and shows that their efforts are valued.
3. Team Collaboration: Actively supporting team members, sharing knowledge, and assisting with tasks promotes a culture of cooperation and mutual respect.
4. Transparent Communication: Being open, honest, and transparent in business dealings builds trust and long-term relationships with clients and partners.
5. Ethical Practices: Conducting business ethically and responsibly shows a commitment to fairness and integrity, which earns respect and loyalty.
6. Professional Development: Investing in employees' growth through training and development opportunities demonstrates a commitment to their future and well-being.
7. Corporate Social Responsibility: Engaging in community service, charitable activities, and sustainability efforts shows a company's dedication to making a positive impact.
8. Customer Feedback: Actively seeking and responding to customer feedback shows that their opinions are valued and helps to improve products and services.
In Friendships/work colleagues:
1. Being Present: Showing up for friends during important moments, both good and bad, demonstrates reliability and care.
2. Active Listening: Paying full attention, offering support, and providing empathy during conversations shows genuine interest and concern for friends' feelings.
3. Acts of Kindness: Small gestures like helping with a task, giving a thoughtful gift, or surprising them with something they like show that you care about their happiness.
4. Quality Time: Spending meaningful time together, whether in person or virtually, strengthens bonds and shows that you value the relationship.
5. Honest Communication: Being open and honest, even about difficult topics, builds trust and deepens the friendship.
6. Supportive Actions: Offering help, encouragement, and advice when friends face challenges demonstrates a commitment to their well-being.
7. Respecting Boundaries: Understanding and respecting friends' boundaries and personal space shows consideration and respect for their individuality.
8. Celebrating Successes: Sharing in friends' joys and successes, and expressing genuine happiness for their achievements, reinforces positive connections.
