Trilegal advised SGBS Unnati Foundation on the first-ever proposed public issuance of zero-coupon-zero-principal instruments (ZCZP) to be listed on the social stock exchanges (SSE). The deal was led by our Partner Richa Choudhary, who shared her thoughts and experiences of the deal recently at a webinar titled “Readiness to Listing: NGO’s Social Stock Exchange Journey”, organised by Sattva Consulting.
The interactive webinar delved deep into the step-by-step process for registering and listing on SSE, overcoming challenges during the listing, and legal and regulatory aspects NGOs must consider before SSE registration.
If you are interested in learning more, do register for our upcoming event - a virtual roundtable hosted by Impactverse on November 7th. Richa will be sharing insights on the building blocks essential for an NGO’s success in SSE registration and listing. She will be accompanied by Hemant Gupta, Head Social Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange; Ramesh Swamy, Director, SGBS Unnati Foundation; Raymond D'souza, Chief General Manager, NABARD; Rima Agarwalla, VP, Unitus Capital; and Anurag Gangwar, Founder and CEO, ImpactVerse.
