The rise of agency workers is gaining momentum as organisations seek greater flexibility and agility. According to the World Employment Confederation's "The Work We Want" survey, 88% of companies plan to increase the number of workers hired through employment agencies in the next two years - a strategic shift that aims to enhance workforce agility, access specialised digital skills, and efficiently meet evolving demands. Additionally, it allows proactive planning for changes in resource requirements, particularly during peak periods or project-driven initiatives. At Gi Group, we strongly believe that embracing this trend could help global brands to remain competitive and agile in this rapidly changing business landscape.
