1. I am giving players water within the first 30mins of training.
2. The next hour they have now lost some salts through sweating so they need replacement by use of electrolyte drinks.
3. Why I like powdered electrolytes: I can go from hypotonic, Isotonic to hypertonic solutions at particular times throughout the session under my control.
4. Code the drinks and educate more!
