The following categories of investors can submit a bid to subscribe to the equity shares being issued in the IPO 𝟏.⁠ ⁠𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫𝐬 (𝐐𝐈𝐁𝐬) Including but not limited to, the following are categorised as QIBs mutual fund, venture capital fund, alternative investment fund, foreign venture capital investor registered with SEBI, foreign portfolio investor (other than individuals, corporate bodies and family offices), public financial institution, scheduled commercial bank, multilateral and bilateral development financial institution, state industrial development corporation, insurance company, systematically important non-banking financial companies Anchor Investors are QIBs making an application for a value of ₹10 crores or more. 𝟐.⁠ ⁠𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 It means any investor who applies or bids for equity shares for a value not exceeding ₹2 lakhs 𝟑.⁠ ⁠𝐍𝐨𝐧-𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 It means any investor other than a retail individual investor and qualified institutional buyer The Company may further make reservations out of the Issue in favour of the following categories of persons: 1.⁠ ⁠Employees of the Company  2.⁠ ⁠Shareholders (other than promoters and promoter group) of listed subsidiaries or listed promoter companies
