🎉 Sunday at Salesforce’s offices, we celebrated the culmination of 3 months of dedication, hard work, and incredible growth in our unique PMM Mastery Program. Our participants, who have been part of this exclusive journey, showcased their achievements to judges and mentors, delivering presentations that highlighted their creativity, ingenuity, and strategic thinking. The evening was filled with heartfelt speeches, joyful moments, and overwhelming accomplishments. 🙌 Our program manager, Michal 🦄 Sever, wrapped up the program with a moving speech, thanking everyone for their dedication. 💫 Final PMM Mastery Session at Pentera: Growth Marketing Insights with Noa Segol 💫 We are thrilled to share highlights from the final educational session of the PMM Mastery at the G-CMO Academy, hosted by the gracious team at Pentera. This capstone session was led by Noa Segol, VP of Marketing & Strategy at PractiTest - Test Management. She brought her extensive expertise from a bootstrap startup to enlighten our attendees on the pivotal topic of Growth Marketing in Product Marketing Management (PMM)—and how it’s doable even with a limited budget! ✨ Session Highlights: Core Issues in Growth Marketing ✨ Noa explored the dual primary goals of marketing: creating awareness for our products and fostering a preference for them over the competition. With a strong emphasis on a data-driven approach, she outlined practical objectives for growth marketing managers, including enhancing prospect engagement and improving brand advocacy. Remember when "chaos" used to get senior marketers all fired up? These days, it's a bit of a double-edged sword - scary, sure, but also packed with potential. We dove into this at our latest G-CMO gathering, named "Chaos Night." So, how do you roll with the punches and come out on top? Our G-CMO forum got the inside scoop from two top-notch consultancies, Firma. Business Design and Airfleet. They ran some killer workshops that flipped the script on chaos, turning it from a headache into a goldmine of strategy and fresh ideas. Our night kicked off with a classic coin toss, splitting us into Pink and Black teams. Each squad had its own mission to shake up our thinking and spark some creativity. Before jumping into the team challenges, we all huddled up for a quick share session. Turns out, everyone had some pretty wild stories about opportunities they'd grabbed (or totally whiffed on)! ⚫ The Black Team tackled a "premortem" workshop. Sounds morbid, right? But it was all about turning chaos-induced jitters into rock-solid strategy. They mapped out potential doomsday scenarios for a company and cooked up prevention plans for each one. Talk about thinking ahead! 🌸 Meanwhile, the Pink Team dove into the "Flying Elephants" workshop with Offer Brenner. They broke down chaos into categories and flipped potential nightmares into golden opportunities. The ideas they came up with? Absolutely mind-bending! By the time we left FIRMA's HQ, our brains were buzzing with fresh ideas. Thanks to our awesome facilitators and speakers, we all walked away ready to wrangle chaos and turn it into serious growth.
