In honor of the College of Charleston punching their ticket to the NCAA tournament, how about this old action shot of my buddy Bruce featured on the TD Arena wall? Networking and getting to know the stories of the people you do business with has got to be the best part about what I do! #cheers #success #customers #friends #sales #equipment #equipmentsales #equipmentrental #unitedrentals #equipmentforsale #usedequipment #relationships #buildingrelationships

I don't want to skip over summer, but the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce annual golf outing is happening September 16 at Sandy Run. You may not want to think that far ahead, but I'm bringing it up because the early bird pricing ends May 31. Don't even worry if you are a terrible golfer - it's a scramble format so you'll always be hitting from a prime spot!! 😉 Join me for some fun! https://lnkd.in/e4xpvXPz ------------------------------------------ **Follow me for more interesting examples & useful tips regarding IP. **Got an idea you don't know what to do with? CITY BOUND TO BE RELEGATED [BUT WHICH LEAGUE?] YOUR VOTE PLEASE! Everton have 10 points deducted for breaching the Financial Fair Play rules, for making a loss of just under £20 million despite trying to avoid the breach by co-operating with the Premier Leauge and off field problems that they could not forsee, especially the Ukraine war that affected its funding. !10 Points for one breach! Manchester City have 115 charges. 10 points x 115 = 1,150 points, that’s being kicked out of the League territory!!!! This is more than relegation to the Championship surely? Yes as Pep has said himself, everyone [except City fans] want City severely punished. If Everton’s appeal is thrown out, I would expect City to be down to the bottom of League Two, not League One as Pep thinks. Liverpool have lost out to City twice for the Premiership Title, I expect they have a claim for substantial compensation against City and, just possibly, be awarded posthumously Two Premiership Titles. The teams who finished fifth place in those seasons (and others) may also have a claim for compensation for missing out on a Champions League spot in addition. Let me know. - What do you expect City’s punishment to be? - Should Liverpool be awarded two Premiership Titles? - Should Clubs who had finished fifth also sue for missing out on a Champsions Leauge spot? - Your opinions please, they matter! Congratulations to Pep Guardiola and Manchester City. Four consecutive Premierships. Six out of the last seven Premierships. ✅ Pep is definitely the best coach in the league. ✅ Kevin De Bruyne is the best playmaker. ✅ Erling Haaland the record breaking striker, despite barely touching the ball. ✅ Phil Foden the best English prospect since [fill in your own favourite here] My own team, Manchester United, continue their dismal slump since Sir Alex retired. It’s hard to see us putting up much of a fight in the FA Cup next week as City aim for an unprecedented consecutive double. But…how do we feel about the fact that City are accused of 115 breaches of the the Premier League’s financial rules? Nottingham Forest were docked four points for a single breach of the same rules. Everton were docked six points for two breaches. Yet City’s lawyers continue to drag the process out… I think the Premier League is in a real dilemma now. The PL brand is worth billions and attracts worldwide audiences. Any meaningful sanction of City will harm the credibility of the brand, so don’t hold your breath for any penalties any time soon. Sour grapes? Not really. Manchester United has been badly led and managed for the past decade, squandering huge transfer fees and operating a revolving door policy for coaches. However, if I was a Liverpool or Arsenal fan I’d be furious. Let alone an Everton or Nottingham Forest fan… Either the financial rules are relevant and applicable to everyone. Or not. But the current system is not working. #football #financialfairplay #hunterisms
