In some heavy industry sectors, it is crucial to utilize materials like stainless steel. I dare say we've got quite a rich experience with that. A case in point could be this giant in the pic, #centrifugalfan RVM type. The inlet damper and housing are competently made from stainless steel. On top of that, we hold all the necessary certifications for welding and quality. Well, don't take it. 👌 #BestFriendsWithFans #Industrialfans #steel #steelindustry

❇ When coatings and fabrication overlap, weld spatter may become a point of contention if it is unclear who is responsible for its removal. Ambiguous specifications, communication issues, or differing opinions can often cause disputes between fabricators, paint shops, and asset owners. But if it’s not fixed, will the asset owner suffer the financial consequences in the long term? Yes, this could negatively impact the asset owner. Tim McCullough, AWS CWI & AMPP BCI II, concluded through laboratory testing that bridges in his home state, coated with an IOZ primer, could have a shortened service life if tightly adherent spatter is not removed. Tim states, "If this can be prevented by performing a small amount of grinding, it would certainly be worth avoiding early coating assessments and/or spot painting."
