After 10 years working in the automotive industry, Elizabeth joined Fox drawn by the opportunity to make a positive impact. At Fox, Elizabeth has excelled as a Project Lead on Toyota programs and supports teams in developing suspension components for high-performance vehicles.   Elizabeth envisions a future where women in automotive engineering are seen as equals, not exceptions. Meet Shilpa Divakara, a dedicated design engineer at Fox. Shilpa's journey to Fox began in 2018 with the Baja 800 team. As the newest design engineer at Fox in Georgia, Shilpa handles projects for Toyota and Ford trucks, focusing on designing shocks. Shilpa envisions a future where women in engineering are seen as equal contributors, with inclusive environments that support and encourage women to pursue their passions and lead in the field. Unbelievable performance for FOX in Val Di Sole MTB World Cup! Big congratulations to Tahnee Seagrave and Amaury Pierron for taming the black snake. This track is gnarly in the best of conditions, and when you mix in a little bit of rain, you're absolutely in for it. However, the crew kept pushing and here we are on the top step.
