◆Executive Administrative Assistant ◆Office Coordinator ◆ Legal Secretary ◆Life Core Therapist ◆Problem Solver ◆Non-Profit ◆Chaos Coordinator
Executive Assistant Moment In my opinion, EAs are part of the service industry. We serve CEOs, colleagues, constituents, customers, vendors etc. We cut through ambiguous direction, over direction, no direction, high level direction, and low level too. We encounter varying cultures, changing attitudes, and general idiosynchrocies almost hourly . We are the BEST of people persons though! These are a few of many aspects that make this career FUN. EAs play Professional Twister well. We get to learn those we serve likes, dislikes, drop dead and/or ride-or-die things. We know favorite foods, allergies, isle or window, coffee or tea, walking or riding. We are tasked to anticapate needs of those who are not tuned into what their own needs may be. We often serve visionaries who dont see through the processes, steps, plans and minute details. We are Administrative Traffic Conductors, Choreographers, Therapists, Law Enforcement, Chef, Caterer, Therapist, Nurse, Janitor, Cashier & Personal Aide … all at once. Being an EA is more thrilling than Zip Lining across a canyon and more boring than watching a caterpillar in a cacoon. However, for a true EA, these nuances charge our batteries, warm our hearts and ignight our internal passion to continue serving. If you relate…You are probably an Executive Assistant.
