Fidelity Investments - it’s interesting that you’re ending your company’s remote benefit, forcing distributed team members to relo close to a HQ location, or lose their job, yet you call out remote work as a priority for job seekers. Distributed teams are the future, and to be competitive in the employee market, companies need to be mindful of what will attract the best performers.

One befit I really enjoyed when I worked at Lockheed Martin was flexible schedules. Friday at our location was the day in flux. You could work 4-10 4x10 hour days each week, 9-80 9x9 hour days with every other Friday off, or the standard 40 5x8 hour days each week. It worked surprisingly well and everyone knew to avoid scheduling meetings on Fridays.

While this is insightful; in my experience, the most wanted benefit is: Pay. An employer is not paying me to come to work and do a good job and generate productivity for the company. They're paying me to stay away from my family and to put my life on hold. And my time is finite and goes to the highest bidder.
