Dear Beautiful Souls ❣ Last night was so special on so many levels and in so many different layers. Thank you to each one of you who joined, carefully listened and had the courage to share your stories, not anyone else's, but yours, stories shaped from your hearts. I loved listening to all of them and they moved me physically, mentally and emotionally. There is so much beauty in every one of us. There is this unlimited access to divine resources once we give ourselves the chance to open up, start looking and recognising our true nature. It is found in our BEING and not Doing. _____ The unfoldings that I have had the privilege to witness over the past few years in others, as well, in myself have had a profound impact on every aspect of my life. Everyone I have encountered in my life so far has had a significant (no matter how small it may have seemed) part in this beautiful but most unexpected unfolding. ______ Thank you to She told me a story , everyone who shows up every time and making me feel like alive with a breathing heart & heartbeats that beat the crap out of everything that was never meant for me to embrace. _____ Moreover, I am eager to listen to more stories. And if you are not emotionally ready to share yet, you, just maybe, you could start by 'just' showing up. Once you have showed up once or twice, you could start by listening to the stories that are unraveled in a most unintentional story, perhaps, never meant to be shared. But maybe, just maybe, you happen to find Her Way along the way. Your Way, on how to go about things or change the way you perceive yourself. And maybe, just maybe, you will find yourself sharing when caring for another soul or mirroring yourself in other's stories when the earth quakes below your feet in total synchronisation, alignment or movement of any kind. Who knows what she is preparing for herself? Getting to project manage this campaign and these photoshoots was SO much fun. Straddling the line between the creative and administrative is where I thrive. In getting my theatre degree I did a lot of stage management, which I am forever grateful for because the skills I learned in this particular part of the theatre serve me every single day. When I graduated with my degree and decided to pursue other career fields, I worried that I had spent four years getting a degree that wouldn't matter, but I have found it to be exactly the opposite. I use my degree every day because theatre taught me how to work with people, how to proactively communicate, how to be a team player, how to be detail-oriented while also keeping the big picture goal in mind, how to delegate, how to stay on schedule, how to herd cats, the importance of meetings (yep you read that right), and how a relentlessly positive approach not only makes work more fun for me but also makes it more fun for everyone around me. My degree fundamentally informs the way I go about work (and life), and I know without a doubt that it gives me an advantage in the workplace. #theatredegree #liberalarts #projectmanagement
