Honored to represent Mars Petcare at the Category Management Association Conference this week. What an impactful couple of days! So inspired by the many great category leaders and solution providers that presented. Coming back with a ton of ideas to drive our business forward. My favorite session was the Women’s Leadership panel. Inspired by all of these female leaders and walked away with a ton of great nuggets on leadership, change management, and our industry. Two that really resonated: “Leadership is a behavior, not a title” - you can be a leader no matter what your title or role within an organization. Don’t wait for a title to show your skills, to identify an opportunity, or to lead a necessary change. “Never let the grass grow beneath your feet” - meaning to never stand still, keep learning, keep growing, keep changing. #categorymanagement #cmaconference
