As we say at Ford, be curious! As we celebrate Memorial Day and the service members that have fallen let's not forget the founders of the holiday. It's more than a day off of work or the start of summer. Did you know that freed slaves started Memorial Day? The importance of remembering true stories of the past helps us bridge understanding. Its all about the TEAM The greatest championship teams in Celtics’ history were composed of the greatest teammates. When we look back on these teams, we can see their foundations were laid by those who put the success of the team above their own individual needs. Their focus on elevating one another is evident in each of the banners that hang high in the rafters. True teammates span a lifetime: the birth of children, the celebration of marriages, and the mourning of separations. The bond we create as Celtics endures and will be on display , even in these most intimate life moments. Teammates, whether advanced in age and barely able to walk or still spry but playing for other teams, show up to support one another. This is what it means to be a Celtic for life. We are an organization that values great teammates. The word “teammate” doesn’t just apply on the court but in every corner of the organization. These values demonstrated in our actions towards one another, as well as away from one another. Our organization thrives on human interaction, and our currency is honesty, respect, trust, and transparency.

Before we close out Black History month, I took time this week to listen to 3 complete Martin Luther King Jr. Speeches.: 1. The Other America 2. What's Your Life's Blueprint, and 3. I've been to the Mountaintop. I know I have heard clips, but do not know that I have ever heard the complete speeches. Taking the time to do this was so worthwhile. To truly hear Dr. King's message, it is helpful to hear it in its entirety. To truly feel his message and appreciate the winding road King takes to lift up his audience and deliver his message with growing strength, you should listen to the whole speech. Injustice continues today in so many ways, but we have King's inspiration to guide us forward. To provide practical solutions to the challenges we face. King delivered his last speech, I've Been to the Mountaintop just 2 miles from where I was born 6 years later in downtown Memphis. He predicts his death and says that he has seen the promised land and that he might not get there with those in attendance. It is sad and eerie to hear Dr. King foretell of his death based on recent threats. What he leaves us with in this speech is justice in fighting for the sanitation workers of Memphis, but more importantly that through determination and unity, justice will be achieved. From the mountaintop, he has seen victory. His words stand as true today as they did 56 years ago. In his Mountaintop speech, Dr. King said, "Let us rise up with a greater readiness. Let us stand with a greater determination and let us move on in these powerful days, the days of challenge to make America what it ought to be. We have an opportunity to make America a better nation." We should always stand with greater determination to make America what it ought to be. It is a constant striving. Let us not point the finger at our fellow Americans for their differing points of view. As we head in to what will be a devise election year, let's rise up with greater determination to make America a better nation. Unity of purpose and a conciliatory tone are the path to a happier and more prosperous nation. Please take some time to listen to Dr. King's speeches in their entirety. 🇺🇸 ⚖

Living life with an "All or Nothing" mindset is a powerful and bold approach. It involves giving your absolute best and committing fully to your endeavors, whether it's an investment, a business idea, or a personal talent. This philosophy, as defined by the Cambridge dictionary, means either going all in or not doing it at all. While it may seem risky to invest everything into something, embracing this mindset can lead to incredible rewards. Just like pioneers in various fields who dared to venture into uncharted territories, joining WYVERN Ltd can lead to transformative outcomes.
