In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month we had handouts available in our employee cafeteria all month. The handouts list free therapy groups in the area and tips for how to cope with mental destress. We also had journals and coloring sheets available as they are one of the tips for coping. Our colleagues appreciated taking some time to get their mind off of things and relax while coloring and journaling, some have even made it part of their daily routine now! 🧠💚 #mentalhealthawarenessmonth #brainbreak

This year we partnered with Southside Occupational Academy to have their students come each week of the school year to learn hands-on about careers in the hotel industry. The students performed various job tasks in laundry, housekeeping, food and beverage, bellstand and stewarding departments. This month as their school ended, we held a graduation ceremony in honor of them completing their C3-Hub Internship Program with us! We also had the opportunity to go to their school and do mock interviews! It was truly amazing to see these students grown in their roles throughout the year. Accor is committed to making inclusion a reality💙🤍🎓

To celebrate Asian American and Pacific Island Heritage Month, we have had a display up to learn some common phrases from a few Asian languages. We as well, had one of our colleagues make a K-Pop playlist for our fellow team members to give a listen to! We have enjoyed getting to learn more about some Asian cultures this May!🌺🌸🌼
