I don't think FOCUSING TOO MUCH ON RESULTS is worth the effort. Do not get me wrong results are great, especially good ones, but there is nothing linear about growth. There will be setbacks and hills. Focusing too much on the final result can make you miss the progress you're making along the way. So what do you do instead? Pay Attention to the Journey. By focusing on the process, you can actually improve your results. When you enjoy the act of learning and growing, you're more likely to put in the sustained effort needed for long-term success. This doesn't mean results are unimportant. Having a clear goal is essential. The key is to find a balance. Track your progress towards your final outcome, but also celebrate the steps you take along the way.

🌟 Unlocking Success: Focus on Systems, Not Just Goals 🌟 "Progress is not measured by effort but by result." If you truly desire better results, let's shift our perspective away from solely setting goals and instead emphasize the power of systems. Consider this: if both successful and unsuccessful individuals share the same goals, then the goal itself cannot be the differentiating factor between winners and losers. So, what sets them apart? It's the distinction between systems and goals. Goals are centered around the desired outcomes you want to achieve. They provide direction and a sense of purpose. However, systems focus on the processes and actions that pave the way to those results. While goals have their place, it's important to recognize that systems are the key to making consistent progress. Goals may mark the endpoint, but systems are the engine that drives ongoing advancement. The purpose of setting goals is to achieve a specific milestone. On the other hand, building systems is about embracing a mindset of continuous improvement and endless refinement. It's a commitment to the process itself rather than fixating on any single accomplishment. It's not about merely attaining a single goal; it's about continually striving for growth and progress. The dedication to refining your systems will be the driving force behind your long-term success. So, let's shift our focus from goals to systems. Let's embrace the journey of continuous improvement, where each step forward becomes an opportunity for growth. Together, let's commit to a mindset that values the process as much as the outcome. Remember, progress is not just about the end result — it's about the dedication to the journey and the commitment to refining your systems along the way. #Progress #SystemsThinking #ContinuousImprovement #GoalSetting #SuccessMindset

Breaking down your day into segments to focus your energy on one thing at a time is a great approach to maximizing productivity. Especially when as working individuals, we have duties that are sometimes far beyond the scope of our jobs, and handling the daily work that your job entails along with these responsibilities can become a mammoth task. Segmentation like this also helps to reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed. Great strategy, Deepti Jandial.

While achieving your goals, try to make it as a outcome not end result
Award-winning Global Peak Performance Educator to Fortune 500s | Behavioral Strategist | Ex-Lawyer | I help professionals overcome their career blockers and fast-track growth 🚀
Don’t Make This Goal-Setting Mistake Many focus solely on outcomes, missing a powerful component of success: → WHO you become in the process. Shift your perspective to what the research calls ‘identity-based motivation’. Visualise the skills and qualities you'll develop, not just the end results. This strategy increases motivation and propels you towards peak performance. Refocus with these three key questions: 1. What do I want to achieve? ↳ Helps prioritise actions and track progress. 2. Who will I become in the process? ↳ Ensures your growth is intentional and aligned with your values. 3. How will I accomplish it? ↳ Creates a practical roadmap to follow, reducing overwhelm and boosting confidence. Start setting goals that transform you. I guess it’s true what they say: the journey matters as much as the destination! (Research references in comments)
