Three national insurers continue to dominate the #medicareadvantage landscape. That should serve as a wake-up call to other carriers to act quickly if they want to close the gap. There are opportunities for plans that, among other things, target specific populations and enrich their product offerings. That's just one of the trends my colleagues Sarah Snider, Lindsay Knable, Martin Graf, Phil Furrer, and Julie Raiff uncovered in an analysis of newly released enrollment data from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. They pinpoint five key areas impacting this year’s individual MA growth and detail the implications for the upcoming the 2025 bid cycle. #OWHealth

Oral health has a major impact on overall health, medical costs and quality of life. That's why we partner with Delta Dental of Kansas through its Community Benefit Program, which provides funding for dental treatment for uninsured low-income households. The program operates like insurance, connecting patients with providers in the Delta Dental network. Those who enroll get two years of coverage with $3,000 in services annually for each household member. United Way partner organizations help identify qualifying families and assist them in enrolling. Since 2021, more than 1400 people have received dental benefits with the help of this program, totaling $1.3M in free oral healthcare through Delta Dental of Kansas network providers!
