I was thrilled to attend the Retail NXT event in Frankfurt this week, and I was impressed by the organization and the caliber of the attendees. Capgemini and Google partnered to host a GenAI Masterclass with the support of Omar Hairani and a GenAI Deep Dive Lunch for our customers. The Retail NXT event was well-rounded, with a mix of keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. The keynote speakers were all experts in the retail technology industry, and their talks were informative and thought-provoking. The panel discussions were also insightful, offering different perspectives on the latest trends and challenges in the industry. But the highlight of the event for me was the networking. I had the chance to meet and connect with retail decision-makers, tech experts, and startups. It was inspiring to learn about the latest innovations in retail technology and to hear how others are using technology to transform their businesses. I'd like to thank everyone who made this event a success, including our partners at Capgemini, our speakers, panelists, and of course, our customers. I'm confident that this event will help to accelerate the adoption of GenAI in the retail industry and lead to new and innovative ways to serve customers. Right now, PostNord is undergoing multiple transformations simultaneously to achieve its projected business goals. In addition to reduced costs and efficiencies, the strategy is to be leader in the highly competitive parcel market, and become the first choice in the Nordic market. One of the transformations is is technical, and another major transformation is to introduce an agile approach throughout the organization.
