  • The image shows a recycling symbol composed of blue arrows adorned with yellow stars, resembling the flag of the European Union. Below the symbol, the text "Sustainability at 360°" is displayed, indicating a comprehensive approach to sustainability. In the bottom right corner, a small icon resembling the EU flag is present.

Great to see this progress European Commission ! Let’s hope the rest of the world follows suit. And hope you continue programs like Horizon to advance technology and innovations needed to meet these targets on recycled materials. The chemical industry transition is critical to deliver a fully circular economy. Global Impact Coalition is working to advance new business models needed to increase circularity.

Waiting for the day when the Commission realizes that asking Pharma companies to continue to print and pack patient information leaflets and physician inserts is counterintuitive to the sustainability goals and leads to more cut down forests and waste for something that is sometimes never even used and produced by the billions. Time to move on from archaic approaches to paper-based information leaflets in industry, and allow life science and healthcare companies to offer e-leaflets via QR codes and other data carriers as an alternative enabling industry to further contribute to the goals.

Canada is great country, so Happy Canada Day. I worked in Security field in Toronto for 30 years out of 36 with card of kinship in my pocket with License, from Norm Garner to Norm Inkster & McCormak & now Senior. Input to race relation many years back under Judge Lewise. Our officer are efficient. Before 36 was as Hydrogeologist on UNDP & World Bank project. Now sorry to say the public in last few years is different than one before, throwing garbage on foot path & road, while bin is nearby. No one closes the lid of waste bin if left open. In Australia where I educated 40 years back the old ladies pick & throw paper in bins if loitered. Canadian new commers need to be educated. Being vast land the empasis is on quantity not the quality. The friendly face of police is good for educating people as Canadian.👻🇨🇦

Great news and I'm looking forward to see more sustainable products and better data transparency with the Digital Product Passport.

I am very much in favor of transition towards green economy in the EU, but what frustrates me a lot is the 'Tethered caps law' under which all caps and lids must remain attached to the plastic bottles. It may seem like a small inconvenience for some people, but it makes it really difficult to drink from the contents of the bottle and to close the lid. I feel like one could reach more positive environmental impact elsewhere.

I hope they include these new rules into both public procurement and EU funded projects outside of EU.

Welcomes the EU's new rules on Ecodesign for Sustainable Products. At Easysnap, we've always strived to minimize our environmental impact, and we look forward to seeing how these new standards will drive further innovation and sustainability across all industries.

L'immagine della foto rappresenta bene l'incipit dell'ideologia green nel non considerare che il mondo non lo potremo salvare da soli...
