CEO @ NeX e-Commerce Supply Chain Hub - the Neutral e-Commerce Xperience | Leading Global e-Commerce Growth
If you travel as much as I do, you get a lot of time on airplanes, airports as well as trains and Hotels. Instead of only doing mails and watching movies, I started reading at least 3 books a month to better understand my team, the company, the clients and partners as well as myself. Here are my readings from lest 4 weeks and I can highly recommend all 3 of them. Thank you for the recommendation of " 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭" Ryan Lucas - a lot to learn in there for me as a business man and absolutely a must read if you scale a companies growth! With my job I am fortunate enough to meet a lot of great people that I can learn a lot from and some I am even happy and proud enough to be able to call my friends. And some of them did already write books 😉 𝐆𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 from my friend and guru of reverse logistics Rich Bulger, explains you absolute everything you need to know about this industry. I cannot recommend this book enough if you want to learn about this sector. Looking forward to be on stage with you in a couple of weeks, Rich! Kudos also to my friend and member of NeX eCommerce, Damon Baca who can literally sell 𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘤𝘶𝘣𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘮𝘰, as we say. His book " 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐝 " is a perfect read for everyone that's passion is in sales, even if you might not know that it is your passion, yet! Wishing everyone a great start into the week and save travels to everyone on the road. #mustread #nex #atem #goingcircular #jimcollins #sales #whatsnex #roadtohongkong

Managing Director @ MU Group | MBA, China Supply Chain Management, committed to exporting Consumer Goods mainly to Retailers in the EU 🇪🇺, USA 🇺🇸, and Mexico 🇲🇽, etc...
Are you being completely transparent with your customers? 🔍 It’s hard because sometimes you don’t want to share EVERYTHING with them. But they appreciate your transparency and will trust you more in business if you do. Last month we were busy with the Canton Fair. 🎉🎊 Many customers came to visit (some it was their first time in China!) and we had the pleasure of giving them a tour of our showroom and our factories. We believe in showing the full production process—from the design to the shipping. 📦 This open approach allows our customers to see everything firsthand, building trust and understanding. They can witness the production process up close which can be a game-changer for customer relationships. 🤝 At MU Group, we want absolute clarity by sharing how we calculate costs and maintain fair margins, ensuring everyone benefits fairly. It's not always easy to share every detail…💬 But the rewards of transparency far outweigh the challenges. 🏋️ When customers understand the complexities and efforts behind the scenes, they value our partnership even more. What about you? 🤔 What do you do to ensure transparency in your work? I would love to hear your voice below. 👇 #transparency #trust #business #collaboration #partnership

Exhibiting Experience Sharing The moment I stepped into the International Tire Show, I was filled with excitement and apprehension. This is the first time in my career to participate in such a large-scale international exhibition, every booth, every product exudes a professional atmosphere. In the process of communicating with customers, I know that “honesty” is the cornerstone of cooperation. Although my predecessors often say, don't let customers realize that you are a newcomer, I chose to be honest. I told my clients that this was my first foray into the field of foreign trade, and that I was learning and growing with every project and every communication. Perhaps some people will worry that such candor will not deter customers? But in my opinion, trust is built on truth. Only when customers feel our sincerity and efforts, they will be willing to work with us hand in hand. Of course, candor is not without concerns. I have also worried about whether such an approach would create a sense of distrust among clients. But to my surprise, many clients expressed understanding and support. They believe that an enterprise that is willing to learn and grow is more likely to bring them quality services and products. This exhibition has made me deeply realize the importance of integrity. In the days to come, I will continue to uphold this principle and build a deeper relationship of trust with our customers. I believe that as long as we do it with heart and treat every customer sincerely, we will be able to win more opportunities for cooperation and development.

🌏 What words do APAC manufacturers long to hear from their customers? "We would like to order..." But let's be real, those magical words are often preceded by a series of frustrating rejections: ❌ "Your price is too high." ❌ "Your lead times are too long." ❌ "Your quality is not good enough." It's easy to give up It’s easy to lose heart but a "no" in sales is not the end. It’s just a stepping stone towards a future "yes." So, how do we grow a "no" into a resounding "YES"? Here's how: ✅ Show off your past successes to give potential customers the confidence they need. ✅ Offer trial order quantities to let customers experience your products without a huge commitment. ✅ Ask for their product development input and feedback to create products they really want. ✅ Reach out to them regularly to build rapport and show you care. ✅ Make them feel special with exclusivity to certain products in their market. ✅ Spruce up your digital marketing to reach and convert more potential customers. ✅ Ease their worries with flexible payment options. ✅ Reassure them with guarantees that back up your product’s quality and reliability. ✅ Tailor your existing products to meet their specific needs with customisation options. ✅ Clearly show how your product is the best choice, emphasising its benefits and advantages. ✅ Address their objections head-on and offer solid solutions. ✅ Focus on the long game by building strong, lasting relationships instead of just chasing quick sales. Turning a "no" into a "yes" is all about persistence, strategy, and building solid relationships. Keep pushing forward! 💪 How do you turn a "no" into a "yes"? #salesstrategy #customerengagement #APACmanufacturing #salestips #businessgrowth #hongkong #china #APAC #english #businessenglish #manufacturing #taiwan #singapore

Co-Founder and Business Director - Minutus Computing | DM to solve your Cloud & DevOps Challenges | Enabling companies to implement Enterprise IT Platforms | Fit Body 🤝 Fit Mind
I just wrapped up my travel to France & Germany. 1 key observation: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮. I attended the EMO Hannover, the trade fair of Machine Tools Manufacturers. A standout moment was when I attended the India Opportunities Conference hosted by VDMA at EMO. I want to thank Rajesh Nath for inviting me; it was a great discussion between Indian and German companies about the opportunities and challenges of establishing overseas operations. Some of the data the speakers presented at the conference is very interesting. • In an optimistic scenario, assuming the real GDP growing at a CAGR of 5.6% and nominal GDP at 9.2%, India is poised to reach USD 40.5 trillion by 2047-48 • India is providing the 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝘅 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 for new manufacturing units coming into production by 2023 And so many more insights. (Sharing some of the data points below) At Minutus Computing, we've been building great relationships and partnerships with companies in Europe and those operating in India to assist them with their IT projects and operations. Looking forward to a great collaboration and growth together!! 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀?
