Today, we are excited to announce that we have raised over $11 million in funding, including a seed round led by Daniel Gross and Nat Friedman, and a pre-seed round led by Matt Turck at FirstMark, with participation from a number of industry leaders, including Tasso Argyros, Spencer Kimball, Calvin French-Owen, Tristan Handy, Aston Motes, and many others. Our goal at Espresso is to accelerate compute, and we believe Gen AI is the path to get there. We've already improved the state-of-the-art in data warehouse optimization - our first product is reducing our customers' Snowflake bills by as much as 5x, automatically - but we're not stopping there.     "Whatever Espresso AI is paying you, we'll pay double if you get out of here." I can't quite put my finger on why someone would want to bribe our amazing baristas into leaving the Snowflake summit. Even so, the conference was a blast! Snowflake users liked our lattes - and they loved our product. I'm excited to follow up with 300+ users and see how much we can help them cut down their bills. Our customers today are saving up to 70% on Snowflake after just minutes of setup. Check out the first comment to see the mystery wall that appeared to block the visibility of our coffee cart on day 2. Who would do that?!
