Last month, The Hispanic Federation hosted the inaugural day of the Growing Stronger Capacity Building National Convening in Chicago at the Wells Fargo Connections building. This event united Latino nonprofits nationwide, including many local organizations from Chicago and Illinois. We were honored to have our executive director, Cristina De La Rosa, as a panelist on "Building and Sustaining POC Leadership: Setting Our Leaders up for Success."
