I’m wrapping up my one year leading communications in Japan the best way possible — landing our first feature in Nikkei, Japan's #1 business newspaper, in both English and Japanese. During our new Tokyo office opening last week, our Workforce VP, Aneesh Raman, chatted with Shigeru-san about the importance soft skills in today's AI-driven world. Surprisingly, only 32% of Japanese knowledge workers are using generative AI, way below the global average of 75%. This is a challenge, but it's also an opportunity for companies in Japan to invest in AI and boost their teams’ soft skills as critical listening and collaboration. The piece really captured everything we hoped to discuss. Big thanks to Manami, Shinichiro, Mizuha for helping us land this. 🫰 https://lnkd.in/g7SrAtib
