Going from strength to strength…..

Let’s keep on rolling!   After presenting at the Semana del Seguro of INESE on Tuesday and leading an all-hands Allianz España townhall on Wednesday, we are back today with Allianz annual financial results – which are stellar.   Our Group achieved a record operating profit and shareholders’ core net income. 🔼 Total business volume rose 5.5 percent to 161.7 billion euros. 🔼 Operating profit increased by 6.7 percent to 14.7 billion euros. 🔼 Shareholders’ core net income reaches 9.1 billion euros, up by 30.3 percent.   At Allianz España, we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this success. In 2023 we made consistent progress towards becoming #theCompanyofChoice in Spain.   We are back on the growth path and successfully embarked on our diversification strategy, with new Household and Health products – and more to come!   Also, the offer of Allianz Commercial Iberia is consolidating – a game-changer.   We want this transformation path to accelerate. That is why we are also working on an “all-weather” strategy in Life & Wealth Management. Just recently we have launched a new investment fund and we have enhanced the benefits of our savings product Allianz Capital.   However, what I am most proud of are the improvements we have made in terms of service. We have reached the best service levels in our history! And we are loyalty leaders in Life and non-Life.   All backed by a committed group of individuals, striving to transition into a high-performance team.   As I mentioned this week in the Olympics-themed company townhall, to be faster, higher, stronger, we need to journey the path of change together. Tech and Business, the perfect match 😉! Part 2⁣ ⁣ We've just wrapped up the "Try my Shoes" project where a group of Techies (Ana Gamito, Aldo de Feo Martínez and myself) spent 3 exciting days with the Operational Excellence in Health team from @AXA Seguros España. We delved into Health business fundamentals, explored tech's role in improving processes, and expanded our network within AXA. And yes, we had fun too 😊!⁣ ⁣ As part of the closure session, we conducted a retrospective using the "4Ls" framework: ❤️1. 𝗟𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗱: This involves discussing and acknowledging the aspects of the project that team members enjoyed or found particularly effective. It's an opportunity to highlight successes, achievements, and positive experiences.⁣ 🎓2. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱: In this phase, the team reflects on the lessons and insights gained throughout the project. This includes both successes and challenges, providing valuable knowledge for future endeavors.⁣ 😞3. 𝗟𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱: Here, the team identifies the areas where the project fell short or encountered difficulties. By openly discussing these shortcomings, the team can address underlying issues and work towards improvement.⁣ 🌠4. 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿: This aspect encourages team members to share their hopes and aspirations for future projects. It's an opportunity to express what they wish to see in future endeavors, fostering a spirit of innovation and forward thinking.⁣ ⁣ By reflecting on these aspects, we celebrated successes, learned from challenges, and set the stage for continuous improvement in future waves of this initiative across AXA.⁣ ⁣ Do you also believe that retrospectives are crucial for project success?
