„A goal without a plan is just a wish.” — Antoine de Saint-Exupéry That is why I am excited about our recent workshop: "formula People and Organization (P&O)", the second phase of our HR strategy development journey in my new role at Gerresheimer. The workshop days have been filled with intensive, engaging, and innovative sessions, powered by the dedication and creative synergy of our Global HR Business Partner team. We discussed and refined our strategic focus, set ambitious targets, outlined strategic directions, and developed signature projects, all whith a powerful team spirit. As we develop our People & Organization strategy, one thing remains crystal clear - the need for a strong, global P&O team that functions in tandem with modern dynamics. A team that not only appreciates the value of each individual but also understands the everyday life and challenges of our global workforce in the manufacturing environments. This is vital in enabling us to attract, develop, and retain our Gerresheimer family across the globe - a big challenge in our BANI world, in which some rules and dynamics have changed significantly. To drive growth and innovation at Gerresheimer, the P&O team needs to be the strategic partner in understanding and shaping our company's future people landscape and organizational capabilities. The role of P&O - traditionally HR - is evolving, and we are eager to be pioneering that change. And to be strong as a team, we need to be a strong team. So we did have a lot of fun! From an early morning sports sessions to an bike tour through Düsseldorf, these activities not only recharged our bodies and minds but also strengthened our team connections. Thank you all for these intense days: Gaston Pohl, Marco Lambrecht, Jessica Rauhaus , Elise Coursaget, Axel Süß / Suess, Ulrich Schoepe, Christopher Ertel, Dino Schmidt, Craig Calloway, Dr. Heinz-Gerd Suelmann, Beatriz Gracia Olivan! Stay tuned for more exciting updates from our P&O transformation journey. #HRTransformation #HRStrategy #PeopleAndOrganization #Gerresheimer #GlobalHR #StrategicAlignment #TeamBuilding

Nordic Interim celebrates 20 years! As Nordic Interim in Sweden marks its 20th anniversary this year, we're excited to share our history with you. Our company's success is dependent on our colleagues, clients and Executive Interim Managers. We have talked to our very first client, Lilian Fossum Binér who was then SVP Head of Group HR and Organizational Development at Electrolux Group. “As I was heading up the HR function for the Electrolux Group, we were searching for a manager for Compensation and Benefits. As this is a highly specialist and complex area, these recruitments can take time. Since we didn't want to feel any pressure during the recruitment process for a permanent hire, we chose to bring in an Interim Manager. Margaret Brooks, whom we engaged as interim Compensation & Benefits Manager via Nordic Interim. Margaret turned out to be a great support, not only for the comp and ben tasks, but also to support in driving other projects. We were extremely pleased with Margaret’s contribution, which gave us peace of mind during the recruitment process without losing momentum.” How did you get in touch with Nordic Interim? “I had previously worked with Håkan Ekström and his firm Odgers Berndtson for senior recruitments and was hence aware of them being co-founders of Nordic Interim. I find Interim Management a fantastic solution when you have an urgent need to address and simultaneously need enough time for the permanent recruitment process.” #interimmanagement #anniversary #celebration #bestadvice

Senior Vice President – Corporate Human Resources Transformation at Bosch | HR Digitalization enthusiast | Diversity advocate | Passionate leader | Work #LikeABosch
Do you agree that especially during times of transformation people are the key to success? That’s exactly what our HR conference “HaRmony” in India was all about. The yearly event brings together people from different Bosch divisions, HR functions and regions with one common goal: to connect, collaborate and contribute to the key HR focus areas relevant for business and people across Bosch India. I would like to share with you two personal reasons why this conference has been particularly important to me: 👉 One key topic on the agenda has been the roll-out of an upgraded goal and performance dialogue. This transition is closely aligned with one of my personal core objectives – fostering growth and development of every employee, contributing to both personal and organizational success. 👉 Our “HaRmony” conference exemplifies the power of cross-regional collaboration. To me, building an environment that embraces diverse perspectives and skills, thinking globally first and involving different regions in transformative projects from the start is very important. During changing times, long-distance travel is not always the preferred option, also from a sustainability point of view. Therefore, I am grateful for the opportunity to participate online in this important conference. What’s more: through an interactive Q&A session, we created a viable platform for an open exchange between the team and myself, successfully bridging the physical distance. I want to thank Suresh B R and the whole team for the enriching exchange last week! It was a pleasure sharing knowledge, experiences, and ideas from different perspectives, and I eagerly look forward to our continued journey of driving change together. 🚀 Work #LikeABosch #HRTransformation

Exciting Encounter at the "Future of Work" Conference at the Aderiac Human Resources congress in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. I had the privilege of attending the thought-provoking conference, "The Future of Work: New Perspectives in Human Resources Management in the Automotive Industry," led by the brilliant Shannon Wallace, MHRLR Human Resource director at General Motors. Meeting Shannon, was an absolute highlight of the event. Her insights into the evolving landscape of HR management in the automotive sector left me thoroughly impressed and inspired. Shannon covered a wide range of critical topics during her presentation: + Inclusion and Women's Working Rights: Shannon emphasized the importance of creating inclusive work environments and championing women's rights in the automotive industry. + Key HR Trends for the Future: She shared valuable insights into the emerging trends in HR that will shape the future of work in our industry. + The Role of Human Resources in Shaping the Future: Shannon delved into how HR is playing a pivotal role in driving innovation and development in the automotive sector. + Technical Skills for the Future: She highlighted the essential technical skills that will be in high demand as we progress toward an electrified future. + Leadership Competencies: Shannon discussed the key leadership competencies required to navigate the changing landscape of the automotive industry. + GM Talent Philosophy: I particularly resonated with GM's talent philosophy that states, "Everybody has potential, everybody deserves development, everybody gets (and gives) feedback." It reflects a commitment to nurturing talent and fostering growth. + GM Electrification Vision: Shannon also shared GM's electrification vision, which paints an exciting picture of a future filled with electric vehicles, contributing to a sustainable automotive industry. Thank you, Shannon Wallace, for your incredible insights and your dedication to driving positive change in our industry. Your vision and GM's commitment to innovation are truly inspiring. I'm eager to incorporate these lessons into my own work. congratulation Anely Anguiano president of ADERIAC for this awesome event! In the heart of German workplaces, Betriebsversammlung, or "Company Meeting," is a dynamic hub of connection. A Betriebsversammlung is a regular assembly or staff meeting conducted within a company or workplace. This gathering typically involves all employees and is a platform for communication between the management and the workforce. Management unveils company news, and everyone is given a chance to ask a question towards the management. Regular and insightful, Betriebsversammlungen knit the team closer, defining the rhythm of the workplace. #partnerforrecognition #wortschatzwednesday #GermanWorkVocabulary #BusinessGerman #WorkTerms #JobVocabulary #DeutscheSprache #Betriebsversammlung #WorkplaceHub #TeamSpirit #TransparentCommunication
