I've been trying to request a hardware ban for 2 months and support doesn't help and doesn't tell me who can help me, they just close the ticket. Pretty reasonable request. Why won't you help me break my addiction to some stupid as game? It gives me suicidal ideation and is wearing on my mental health.

Epic Games why does it take so long to answer a help question on your website then when u email epic games customer service support they reply with same robot message each time
