These state-of-the-art pick-robots, developed by Nomagic, are designed to solve the complex issue of bin picking and have already started making a significant difference in our operations. Here are two impressive KPIs: 🦾Pick accuracy stands at an impressive 99.8%. 🦾Overall productivity has increased by 150% since transitioning from manual handling to AutoStore™ and robotic arms. Our two robotic arms are seamlessly integrated into existing automation systems and perform diverse tasks. The "justInduct" solution, connected to a pocket sorter, autonomously fills bags with textile products. Meanwhile, the "justPick" solution picks tools and consumables at a port of the new Autostore, an automated storage and retrieval system in a different part of the hall. This exciting development marks another step forward in our ongoing drive to automate our logistics centers. TGW Logistics Group introduces RovoFlex and PickCenter, two innovative solutions for logistics The Austrian company TGW Logistics, a leader in the intralogistics sector, has presented two new products that promise to revolutionize the picking of products in warehouses: RovoFlex and PickCenter. RovoFlex is a picking robot that can handle a variety of products with high productivity, artificial intelligence and reliability. The robot can work in different environments and adapt to the needs of each warehouse, either in autonomous or collaborative mode. RovoFlex can handle a variety of products with a performance of more than 1,000 items per hour. This includes anything from groceries and fashion items to industrial or consumer goods. In addition, the system can handle demanding products such as frozen products or sharp objects. RovoFlex and PickCenter together constitute a hybrid order preparation station. By using both, customers can switch between manual and automatic modes to better manage orders. With PickCenter, operators can reduce operating costs, increase quality and safety, and leverage human potential. Both products offer a flexible, cost-effective and easy-to-implement solution to overcome the challenges of labor shortage and product diversity.
