Acknowledge that they've made a big decision to move on, thank them for their contributions, and wish them success. Keep recognizing their hard work during their notice period to show they still matter. Be flexible with their exit terms, like adjusting their workload or allowing time for personal matters or interviews. Offer them an exit interview for honest feedback.
