The only difference between ordinary and extra ordinary is - EXTRA. That’s my boy Pavan Madde - Smart working brilliant mind. While we were working together, he was very happy and amazed to see that I kept felicitating the top performers. One day he asked me - How can I be an achiever ? I told him- By ensuring 2 things - Number 2 Believe that you are already an achiever. That will always push you to learn more so that you be at the top. Number 1 Everything that we avoid to do in sales considering it extra is exactly what takes you towards everything. He ensured he puts in those extra efforts and today, he is making others do the same which turned him into a strong leader.
