Emmanuella Lamothe from the U.S. Small Business Administration met with ESD Commissioner Hope Knight and Global NY staff earlier this week to discuss continued agency collaboration. In partnership with the SBA, Global NY's State Trade Expansion (STEP) Grant program allows NYS #smallbiz to apply for grants to begin exporting or increase their global exports.
