I made a very goofy little video just showing me using Copilot/SO4T/Copilot and it has been very funny to see who's come out of the woodwork at work to ask to see it. Always fun (and surprising!) to see what teams resonate with what enablement content.

I used to do this with my team of PMs. - Implemented a new process (it can be anything, any scrum ceremony or Jira auto release notes creation, or how to name the release version, or If Epic/parent is not added in a ticket/story, the ticket would not be able to move from To Do -> In-Progress status plus that PM used to get tagged in the comments 😂) - Tested it on a small team for at least one - two sprints. - Prepare a How to article which contains step by step - walkthroughs. - Tagged all of them, shared on chat. - Then after one week I used to inform them that I'll activate the Epic/parent automation after one week. Then I used to check, how many users (unique ones) actually went and read it. The excuses I have heard 😂😂. Putting content out there is great, but knowing that folks are actually using it is much better! Luckily Confluence has built-in analytics that help teams identify content that is being used (or when folks aren't using something they should...). At higher levels this data helps groups better plan their content layout, and how they'll improve availability of high-quality content and it's use. #atlassianCreator #analytics
