I believe there is room for us all at the top. I will clap for others. I will celebrate others. I will uplift others. I will encourage others. I will enable others to be their highest and best self. I will fight for others. I will protect others. It’s not what I do-it’s who I am and who I will always be. The world has enough heavy energy-find the light-be the light. In all of that, I have learned that sometimes I have to shield myself from people and energy of individuals that prefer chaos, division or envy. Sometimes paths aren’t supposed to align as we are here for our own journey. Radical acceptance of your circumstances doesn’t necessarily breed complacency, but rather peace. If you move towards the things that bring you peace & joy, move away from the things that don’t & bring the right ones with you-this life journey MUST end up being pretty darn good. Reach out to encourage and lend a hand instead of poking holes in someone’s work. Reach out to offer support instead of criticism. Reach out to check in instead of judge and ostracize. You get to design & redesign who you are and how you show up in the world including within the workplace. So, say good morning. If you make eye contact-smile. Be a connector of people. Being kind is pretty cool-I strongly recommend. 10/10
